Fusilli in Creamy Tuna Italian Sauce

Ingredients

500 grams Fusilli pasta boiled until Al Dente

2 large cans of spicy corned tuna

1 large can button mushroom

6 cloves garlic

2 large white onion

5 teaspoon italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon rosemary

1/2 teaspoon basil

1/2 teaspoon oregano

1 teaspoon paprika

A pinch of salt

1 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon brown sugar

2 teaspoon oyster sauce

1 large pack tomato sauce

1 pack all purpose cream

1/2 cup grated cheese

Procedure

SautĂ© the garlic and onion until cooked. 

Add the tuna and mushroom. Stir fry until mushroom is firm. Add the pepper, italian seasoning, basil, oregano, rosemary, paprika and pepper.

Add the oyster sauce, brown sugar and tomato sauce. Simmer for 2 minutes.

Add the all purpose cream, grated cheese and salt. Simmer until cheese is melted.

Pour on top of the cooked Fusilli pasta and enjoy.
