Creamy Chicken in Mushroom and Onion sauce


Ingredients

1/4 kilo chicken breast cut into strips

2 medium potatos cut into wide strips

1 cup corn kernels

1 can campbell cream of mushroom soup

2 large white onion

4 tablespoon grated cheese

8 cloves garlic

Salt and pepper

1/4 cup water

1 tablespoon chili flakes

8 tablespoon soya oil

Procedure

Fry the potatoes until golden brown then set it aside

In the same pan, Fry the chicken breast. Once golden brown, add the chili paste. Set it aside

In the same pan, saute the garlic and onion. Add the potatoes, chicken and corn kernels. Add the cheese, a pinch of salt and pepper and stir fry for 2 mins.

Add the mushroom soup and water and simmer for 3 mins on low heat

Serve with hot rice and enjoy
