Tanigue Steak in Sesame, Hoisin and Garlic Sauce


2 pcs Tanigue Steak
8 cloves garlic crushed
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 tablespoon red wine
4 tablespoon water
1/4 teaspoon roasted sesame seeds
1/2 cup corn oil


Fry the Tanigue steak in the corn oil until brown on both sides. Set aside

In a pan, roast the garlic in the sesame oil until golden brown. Add all of the liquid ingredients and simmer for 2 mins. Add the sesame seeds and simmer for another 2 mins.

Pour on top of the fried tanigue steak. Enjoy with hot rice
