Chicken Mushroom Sausage Pasta in Tomato and Cheesy Bechamel Sauce


500 grams pasta
250gm chicken breast cut into cubes
1 large can button mushroom
6 pcs chicken sausage
1 medium pack Tomato Sauce
1 medium pack tomato paste
3 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoon flour
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
10 cloves garlic
2 large white onion
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 cup red wine
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 cup corn oil
1/4 cup water


Cook the pasta based on package instructions and set aside

Cheesy Bechamel Sauce:

Melt the butter in a pan. Add the flour and stir well. Add the heavy cream and simmer until thick. Add the grated cheese and simmer until completely melted. Set aside

Tomato Based Sauce:

Heat the oil and saute the onion and garlic. Add the chicken and chicken sausage and stir fry for 5 minutes.
Add the mushroom and stir fry for another 3 minutes.

Add the turmeric, paprika, salt and pepper abd stir fry for another minute.
Add the tomato paste and tomato sauce and water. Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes

Add the sugar, red wine and soy sauce and sinmer for 3 minutes.

Turn off the heat and mixed in the cooked pasta. Pour the bechamel sauce on top before serving.
