Spanish Sardine Pasta in Pesto Sauce


Ingredients

500gms Pasta

2 packs clara ole pesto sauce

1/2 cup grated cheese

1 bottle spanish sardines

2 large onion

1 large garlic

1 table spoon knorr seasoning

1 table spoon salt

2 table spoon cooking oil (pasta)

3 table spoon olive oil (sauce)

Procedure
Cook pasta in boiling water with salt and cooking oil. Cook until al dente. Set aside

Remove the sardines from the bottle. Throw away the oil and remove the remaining bones from the sardines. Set aside.

Saute the garlic and onion in in the olive oil

Add the spanish sardines

Add the clara ole pesto sauce

Add the grated cheese

Simmer until cheese is fully melted

Add the pasta and mix well

Top with parmesan cheese
